Yes! We ship anywhere in the continental United States and use reliable shipping methods to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
All orders going to WA, certain zip codes in Oregon and Idaho, your order will go overnight via UPS Ground Overnight. Orders outside of these perimeters will go FedEx Priority Overnight.
We charge a flat rate of $50.00 for FedEx Priority Overnight shipping.
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 1:00 PM PT are shipped the same day via FedEx Priority Overnight (unless you selected a specific delivery date).
- Orders received after 1:00 PT will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
All of our products are shipped fresh with the exception of several products.
All boxes are packed for 48 hours with non toxic gel ice. Gel ice will thaw during transit.
FedEx Priority Overnight deliveries are typically completed by 5PM, depending on your location on the delivery route.
UPS Ground deliveries for WA,OR & ID state are typically completed by 8PM.
We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to business addresses that are not received by the close of business hours.
We are unable to accept returns on our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days.
Our seafood is cut fresh by hand, and our team takes great care to portion your order as accurately as possible. Because each cut is done by hand, slight variations can occur. If this happens, rest assured the final weight will always be within one-tenth of a pound of what you ordered.
